Biosmaster is the sole owner of the information collected on this Web site. We only gather information we need to serve you better and will not - without your consent, - sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement except in cases where in good faith we believe that the law requires us to do so, it is necessary to protect Biosmaster rights and/or property, or if circumstances necessitate acting to protect the personal safety of staff or of the public.

The services are to provide new replacement flash memory devices or the reprogramming of existing devices, devices will be flashed with the BIOS FILES provided by you or your company or biosmaster, based on the information provided about the relevant hardware previously. It is the customers responsibility to send the devices to Biosmaster(if applicable). All customer devices will be returned via standard P&P unless otherwise requested.

Once the device leaves Bmaster it is the customers responsibility. If the order arrives at the customers provided address damaged or is lost in the post or delayed, then no replacement/refund will be given, it is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to make a claim with royal mail or other. In the event of any claim with royal mail or other, the customer requests a proof of posting (i.e. recorded/special delivery slip or certificate of posting), and an invoice from Biosmaster, then this will be sent to the customer via standard post, once this proof of posting/invoice leaves Biosmaster, it is the customers responsibility and we would recommend recorded/special delivery for this proof of posting and invoice document (at the customers cost).

You must protect your device when posting (i.e. Observe electrostatic precautions, place the BIOS chip in protective P&P with pins protected!).

If devices arrive with no supported BIOS files from manufacturers, then these will be returned, and an administration charge of £25.00 will be made.

All motherboards (laptop/PC), sent for repair of their BIOS devices (i.e. de-soldering/re-soldering), are sent entirely at their owners risk, and must be well packaged, we recommend a postal tracking method( i.e. special delivery or compensation method), to protect your motherboard.

Information found on this web-site is provided at a level to help you find a solution to your BIOS problem.
